Redefining & Building Climate Resilience in NYC
“Climate resilience” is evolving. Traditionally, it has been the domain of urban planners, policymakers, and scientists. However, a new wave of professionals is emerging—those dedicated to fostering inner resilience, helping communities navigate eco-anxiety, and developing emotional preparedness for a rapidly changing world.
In response to Los Angeles’ climate emergency, we are coming together in New York City to discuss the current state of climate resilience: what’s happening today, what’s ahead, and how we can take action.
Join The Psychedelic Assembly and Psychedelics for Climate Action (PSYCA) on Monday, February 24, from 7-9 PM at The Psychedelic Assembly for an engaging evening of discussion, exploration, and solutions. This panel will bring together city leaders, climate technologists, and conscious innovators to explore creative, regenerative, and action-driven approaches to adaptation and mitigation.
As a coastal city, NYC faces increasing climate threats, from fires to floods. Now more than ever, we must bridge inner and outer resilience, embrace cutting-edge solutions, and take meaningful climate action. We’ll discuss today’s pressing concerns, opportunities for the future, and actionable strategies to foster resilience at both the personal and systemic levels.
