The Connected Leadership Program is a world-class executive coaching and integration program blending neuroscience, coaching, and consciousness-expanding tools to build new neural pathways and cultivate extraordinary leaders. Program participants have the opportunity to participate in a cutting-edge research study on the effects of consciousness-expanding experiences on decision-making by organizational leaders.

“As part of this groundbreaking examination of the impact of psilocybin on executive leaders and decision-making, we as coaches have already seen surprising results.

By the fourth coaching session, participants’ progress in their own development reflects what often takes months, sometimes years, to achieve.”

Attune Your System for Systems Change: Coaching Approach

The Connected Leadership Program offers human-centered, transformational coaching that supports navigating the complexities of life while fostering a deeper connection to one’s core self. By working with a person’s internal experience and external structures (such as relationships, professional life, and current challenges), this relational coaching approach helps clients prepare for and integrate deeply expanded states of awareness. It is also practical, supporting a personal process that facilitates greater clarity, wisdom, and creativity—resources of particular importance for those facing complex decision landscapes.

The Connected Leadership Coaches blend expertise in transformational coaching with business acumen, a rare combination that caters to the distinctive needs of program participants. Drawing on their significant experience helping executives and entrepreneurs navigate complex organizations, they assist participants in developing and refining essential skills and competencies. Moving beyond this tactical developmental process, they also encourage participants to question established beliefs and constructs, and experiment with new ways of thinking and being in participants’ spheres of influence.
